Out of Reach 2016

Out of Reach is an annual publication of the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) that analyzes the mismatch between the wages people earn and the price of decent housing in every state, county, and metropolitan area in the United States. Policymakers, academics, researchers, housing advocates and members of the media extensively cite Out of Reach data to talk about housing poverty, the minimum wage and households’ ability to afford a two-bedroom apartment.
