Porter

Porter: Holyoke High Realty in Holyoke, MA, needs a responsible and reliable Porter who will report directly to the Maintenance Superintendent. Responsibilities include: daily cleaning of commercial building, unlocking doors and picking up of the exterior grounds, parking lots, dumpster area, walkways, interior common areas, including the management office, hallways, and mechanical rooms; snow removal and ensuring walkways are clear of snow and ice during winter months; and such other duties as determined by the Superintendent or Community Manager.
