St. Francis House operates a Rapid Rehousing Program providing financial and rental assistance and support services to individuals exiting homelessness.
We are seeking a temporary consultant to provide leadership, guidance and day to day support to the stabilization component of our Rapid Rehousing Program, providing housing stabilization services to formerly homeless adults now living in housing in and around Boston.
General scope of work:
- Provide day to day oversight of the Rapid Rehousing program, ensuring that all program activities and operations comply with program expectations and contract requirements.
- Guide and supervise the activities of 5 Housing Stabilization Case Managers.
- Provide hands-on coaching, problem solving, and supervision to staff handling complex cases. This may include going into the field to provide guidance or crisis support when needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords with complex tenant needs/concerns.

Maintain tracking system to monitor roster of RRH clients, ensuring that financial and rental assistance is closely tracked and updated as changes occur.
Timeframe: ASAP for approximately 3-6 months. May be extended if needed and agreeable to both parties.
