Job Description

Provide the property management and service team with support for occupancy and leasing activities.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Support Occupancy Specialist II with HUD and Tax Credit Program file preparations
  • Participate in the resident income certifications and move-in processes
  • Set up and conduct interviews and tours, and conduct initial certification for leasing
  • Communicate essential and timely information to all residents
  • Track corporate credit card receipts; Reconcile with the general ledger monthly and identify any questionable charges
  • Communicate with vendors and assist at programs, activities, and other events
  • Provide general technology, administrative, and office support, including photocopying, collating, faxing, scanning, distributing and inventory of office supplies
  • Provide backup and technical support to other staff 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience working independently in an interactive, team environment
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written. Bilingual (Russian or Mandarin and Cantonese) preferred
  • Requires willingness to become a Certified Occupancy Specialist - 2Life will provide training 
  • Able to work well collaboratively with a team and independently
  • Comfortable with a diverse population of older adults in a residential setting; previous experience preferred
