SCC is a 49 year old nonprofit Community Development Corporation (CDC) located in Somerville, Massachusetts, that focuses on producing and preserving affordable housing, helping people realize economic opportunity, and organizing Somerville residents to build their leadership while fighting for policies and agreements resulting in social and economic equity. SCC builds capacity through grants, contracts, housing development revenue, and donor development.
