Assistant Director of Leased Housing - Quality & Compliance

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Leased Housing. As a member of CTI’s Housing and Homeless Services Division, the Director of Housing Quality & Compliance, will oversee the quality control functions, compliance, and other key program areas for the Housing Division.  The person in this role will contribute to the achievement of the organization’s mission, strategic and business objectives.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement internal systems for quality assurance and effectiveness that identify, quantify and measure program results, goals and objectives for the Housing Division.
  • Implement QC systems and measures for HUD and EOHHS compliance and reporting programs.
  • Audit client case files on a weekly basis. Review results and report deficiencies and errors to the Division Director of Housing Homeless Services and other managers. Ensure deficiencies are amended with staff in a timely manner. Prepare monthly reports.
  • Assist with the development of CTI program policy as necessitated by changes to HUD or DHCD rules.
  • Develop and conduct regular Housing related staff trainings, including monthly trainings and new staff orientation and training.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree required.  
  • Willingness to work as part of as team to promote the goals of the program and agency;
  • Must complete any training and certification requirements within one year of hire including but not limited to EIV Workshop and Training, Fair Housing and Reasonable Accommodation Certificate, HCV Eligibility Certification.  Ability to develop clear reports using spreadsheets,
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfort learning new software and tracking systems;
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state rental assistance program regulations;
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented;
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Must have evidence of full COVID-19 immunization or must request and receive approval for a religious or medical exemption.
