State Updates Governor Patrick Releases FY2013 Budget Proposal On Wednesday, January 25th, the Patrick-Murray Administration released its FY2013 Budget proposal.  The Governor proposes to increase FY2013 funding for several of CHAPA’s top priorities, including:
