MHP Seeking Proposals for One-on-One Counseling Services for Buyers of Multifamily Properties - July 18, 2011

The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) is seeking qualified organizations to provide individual, pre-purchase counseling to buyers of multifamily properties.

In January of 2012, MHP is implementing a pre-purchase, individual counseling requirement for buyers of three-family properties. This requirement will be in addition to the pre-purchase homebuyer education requirement.
