DHCD Releases NOFA for Community Scale Housing Initiative

On March 9, the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Community Scale Housing Initiative (CSHI). The initiative supports small affordable housing projects of 5–20 units. 

The COMMBUYS bid number for the NOFA is BD-20-1076-OCDDE-OCD01-49220. If you are interested in applying to the upcoming CSHI round, please contact one of the following staff persons to describe your project:

If your project appears eligible for the CSHI competition, one of the staff will provide you with details on an information session to be held at DHCD on March 26th. Pre-applications are due on April 30, 2020, with full applications due on June 30, 2020.
