CEDAC Releases RFP for Home Modification Loan Program

The Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation (CEDAC) seeks Provider Agencies to administer the Home Modification Loan Program (HMLP) on a regional basis. Providers work directly with HMLP applicants throughout the loan process.
