Quincy Community Action Programs (QCAP) is pleased to host a VIRTUAL workshop designed for first time home buyers.
QCAP's *Virtual* First Time Home Buyer Workshop will be held in three sessions: Monday, December 5th from 6:00 – 9:00 PM, Tuesday December 6th from 6:00 – 9:00 pm AND Thursday, December 8th from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. The cost is $30 per person. This workshop will take place via Zoom video conference (your device must support audio and visual communications). Attendees MUST attend the entirety of all three classes on camera in order to receive a certificate of attendance.
Upon completion of registration and payment, you will receive an email with a link to fill out our mandatory First Time Home Buyer Intake Form. You will receive an email with additional course information and a unique Zoom ID when registration closes and your Intake has been received. ***Anyone who registers after 4 pm Eastern Time on Thursday, December 1st will receive their Zoom invitation on Monday, December 5th. We appreciate your patience.***

This monthly workshop focuses on all aspects of the home buying process including information about various government loans and will have speakers including a mortgage lender, real estate broker, real estate attorney, home inspector, and home insurance agent. This course is geared towards the purchase of an existing single family home (including condos and townhouses). Multi-family home purchases may require additional instruction based on lender requirements.
