CTI offers a CHAPA approved first time home buyer course consisting of 2 Saturday classes via Zoom. Course material covers the entire home buying process including budgeting, mortgages, down payment assistance, working with a Realtor & Lawyer, and the home inspection. Instructors from each of these fields will be presenting their material.
The 2 year certificate is issued at the conclusion of the seminar and make prospective home buyers eligible to apply for the MHP One and Mass Housing mortgages.
