CTI offers a CHAPA approved first time home buyer course consisting of 4 weeknight webinars. Course material covers the entire home buying process including budgeting, mortgages, down payment assistance, and working with a realtor & lawyer. Instructors typically includes a budgeting/credit professional, mortgage lender. lawyer, realtor and home inspector.
The 2 year certificate is issued at the conclusion of the course and makes the prospective home buyer eligible to apply for the MHP One and Mass Housing mortgage programs.
