Valley Community Development offers First-Time Homebuyer Webinars every month. These webinars are held over 3 evenings for a total of 9 hours of education.
During the webinars, you will learn about the steps to homeownership from credit to closing, and information for new homeowners too. You will hear from a housing counselor, local real estate professional, home inspector, mortgage banker, and attorney about what to expect as you go through the process of preparing to purchase a home. This is an excellent opportunity to ask specific questions about your situation and get great tips to prepare yourself for each step in the homebuying process.
The cost is $50 a household/2ppl. Currently, these workshops are being held via Zoom Webinars on weekday evenings; 6:00 - 9:00 PM. They are open to everyone, regardless of where you live or work. Registration is required.
