Homebuying 202 is a workshop that covers the purchase and ownership of a condominium unit. Because there are special considerations when buying a Condo, this workshop prepares future condo owners for success. It highlights how the purchase process can differ as well as the extra regulations and expectations placed on a condo unit owner. This workshop complements, but does not replace taking Homebuying 101: The Homebuying Process. No certificate is issued upon completion of Homebuying 202.
Registration for the class is $25/person. By registering for the class, you are registering for two (2) sessions. You must attend both sessions in order to complete the class.
This workshop takes place virtually over Zoom. Completion of the workshop does NOT result in a first-time homebuyer education certificate. This workshop is for educational benefit only.
