Community Service Network, Inc. will be hosting a Pre-Purchase First Time Homebuyer Course sponsored by Winchester Cooperative Bank. The course will be held at 136 Elm Street, Stoneham, MA 02180
The classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays – July 24, 2023; July 26, 2023; July 31, 2023, and August 2, 2023.
ONLY PEOPLE WHO ARE PRE-REGISTERED MAY ATTEND THIS COURSE. (Registrations must be received by noon Wednesday, July 19, 2023.)

Each of the four sessions will be held from 6:00 PM sharp to 9:30 PM.
This course is designed to help you learn about obtaining a mortgage, your credit, preparing for your down payment, getting ready to buy a house, working with your team of professionals, how to find “YOUR” house and how to find the best deal for you. This course includes multi-family landlord-tenant education.
Cost of the class is $50.00 individual or co-residing couple (household) taking the course together; which may be paid online by requesting an invoice or by check mailed to CSN (52 Broadway, Stoneham, MA 02180) prior to the registration deadline.
Upon completion of the four sessions, attendees will be awarded Pre-Purchase First Time Home buyer certificates, (valid 2 years from completion- you must attend all four sessions and complete the required assignments to receive a certificate.*
