Tenth Annual Metro Housing|Boston Founders Celebration

Join us as we honor Steven J. Rioff, Co-Chair of the Metro Housing|Boston Board of Directors and Langley Keyes, Professor Emeritus at MIT and longtime Metro Boston|Housing Board member with the Lowell Richards Award for their outstanding leadership and contributions across all sectors.

“Steven and Lang laid the groundwork for the growth and success of Metro Housing|Boston,” said executive director Chris Norris. “Over decades of service, they have provided the substance that has bound and sustained Metro Housing|Boston’s commitment to ensure that families and individuals throughout Greater Boston will always have a place to call home.

The 2017 Founders Award will be presented to New Lease for Homeless Families, Inc., an innovative collaboration between affordable housing developers, social service providers, and government entities that works to reduce homelessness by targeting affordable homes for families in Massachusetts’s emergency shelter system.

With a new name, logo, and location, Metro Housing|Boston is committed to increase our leadership stake in constructing solutions that will keep greater Boston families and individuals in homes they can afford.  Attendees will hear about our daily impact on the 25,000+ families we serve annually and about opportunities for individuals and organizations to partner with us to promote better futures for our neighbors throughout the region.
