Public Housing & Rental Assistance Sub-Committee Meeting on Public Housing Reforms

A sub-committee of CHAPA's Public Housing & Rental Assistance Committee will meet to discuss legislation and policies to leverage additional resources for the rehabilitation and support of state-assisted public housing in Massachusetts.

At the meeting, we will review legislation to allow housing authorities to enter into public-private partnerships, borrow against their capital funds, and reforms. The proposal includes provisions included in an Economic Development Bill last session. We will discuss opportunities to improve or change these provisions.

For security purposes, you must register for the meeting and have a photo I.D. to enter the building.

As we have just moved in, there is no sign for CHAPA directing you to our office on the 5th Floor. After exiting the elevator, follow signs for MassHousing & ERM. Take a left past the ERM office and head to the end of the hallway. CHAPA's office is at the end on the right.
