  • Laura Shufelt, Director of Community Assistance, and Danielle Kinkel at MHP will discuss the concern of ch. 149 bid protest challenges to any affordable housing development project that involves public land and potential actions to take to address these concerns. 
• LIHTC & Year 15 Investors 
  • A recent WBUR article featured a LIHTC development threatened by a an investor exiting the project after year 15. We will provide updates on this issue in MA and steps being taken to ensure long-term affordability of LIHTC developments.
• MBTA Multifamily Requirement
  • Discussion of the recommendations CHAPA should make as the MBTA multifamily zoning requirement is implemented.
