As CHAPA’s Director of Public Policy, leads CHAPA’s affordable housing advocacy agenda and policy team, which includes the organization’s state policy work and CHAPA's federal advocacy through the New England Housing Network. Eric builds relationships and consensus across non-profit, community groups, business, and government sectors to increase access to affordable housing. Eric helped develop and pass state legislation in 2018 authorizing $1.8 billion for affordable housing production and preservation. He also helped successfully advocate for statewide zoning reforms, including multifamily zoning requirements for communities served by public transportation, to create more equitable communities throughout the Commonwealth.
Eric joined CHAPA in 2013. He previously served with the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps. Eric graduated with a B.A. and J.D. from The George Washington University.
