Homebuyer Workshops Calendar
The Collaborative has approved an online homebuyer education course for prospective homebuyers. Click HERE to find the nearest agency offering online education for more information.
The homebuyer education schedule below contains pre-purchase and post-purchase workshops for first-time homebuyers offered by agencies with a Seal of Approval certification from the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative, a designation indicating they meet the Collaborative's standards for comprehensive homebuyer education. The classes are listed on the calendar by the first day of the workshop. The listing includes the city or town and the region that the workshop is located in, what kind of workshop it is (pre-purchase, post-purchase, condo training, etc), and the start and end time of the first day of the workshop. Please click on the workshop to get complete information.
If you have any concerns about the quality of the homebuyer education you received, or have reason to believe one of these organizations is not adhering to the Collaborative's Code of Ethics, please contact us here. Your name will be kept strictly confidential.
This schedule is subject to change. Please contact the homebuyer counseling agency in your area to confirm dates and times and reserve a place in a workshop. This list may not include all scheduled workshops. If you do not see a workshop that is convenient for you, call an agency in your area for additional information.
