Senior Real Estate Project Manager

Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation (Nuestra CDC) offers a great opportunity for a mission-driven Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic community development team. We seek an individual with strong affordable housing real estate development skills and a commitment to equitable and thriving communities. Nuestra CDC offers the advantages of deep engagement with our communities of Roxbury, Dorchester and Mattapan, coupled with the capacity and resources provided by the scale of our partnership with Opportunity Communities (OppCo). Nuestra CDC is managing a robust pipeline with 1 project in the early stages of construction, 1 project completing construction, 5 projects set to begin construction (195 total units) in 2021, 6 projects in development and anticipated to begin construction between 2022 and 2023 ( and future projects under review. The Senior Project Manager is an exciting growth opportunity for a candidate who wants to play a critical role in all phases of developing great homes that contribute to vibrant communities.
