Senior Real Estate Project Manager

The Neighborhood Developers (TND) offers a great opportunity for a mission-driven Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic community development team.  We seek an individual who wants to invest talent, energy and excellent affordable housing real estate development skills to creating equitable and thriving communities.  The Senior Project Manager is an exciting growth opportunity for a candidate who wants to play a critical role in all phases of developing great homes that contribute to vibrant communities. TND offers the advantages of deep engagement with our communities of Chelsea, Revere and Everett, immediately to the northwest of Boston, supplemented by the capacity and resources provided by the scale of our partnership with Opportunity Communities (OppCo).  TND is managing a robust pipeline with 5 developments in construction (323 total units) in 2021, 2 projects in development, and a significant number of major projects under review.   We work in partnership with other teams in our organization to achieve comprehensive community development.  The attached Shelterforce article speaks to our results.
