Senior Portfolio Manager

MHP is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Portfolio Manager who will be part of the Portfolio Management team and playing an integral role in preserving affordable housing in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include proactively managing a complex portfolio of real estate loans on commercial multifamily properties in Massachusetts. This position would be ideal for a commercial real estate lender, asset manager, or loan servicer who has a desire to work in a mission-driven non-profit organization, as part of a dedicated team of real estate professionals in MHP's Portfolio Management Team. Specific responsibilities will include managing MHP's relationships with borrowers, conducting credit reviews and site inspections, analyzing project operating performance and payment issues, preparing workout, collection and refinance plans, and mentoring junior staff members in the administration of assigned loans.
