Your Responsibilities

Maloney Properties, Inc. is looking for an executive level Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in the New England area.  The selected candidate will have full responsibility for all phases of property management for the properties under their supervision to insure that the properties are managed in the most effective, efficient and economical manner, consistent with the Company’s policies and directives.


Your Qualifications

Experience with overall property operations and team leadership. The successful candidate will have experience with developing new business, management plans, marketing, lease-ups, capital improvements, personnel policy, record-keeping and reporting systems, and ensuring compliance with various regulatory agencies including, HUD and compliance with the LIHTC program.   Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
