Job Description
- Assist with the development, coordination and implementation of all Quality Management functions.
- Evaluate compliance with DMH Licensing, CARF Accreditation, Medicaid Rehab Option, Medication Administration Program (MAP) and other agency policies through annual program site visits.
- Evaluate achievement of outcome measures, efficiency of services, effectiveness of service, access to services and client satisfaction with services through annual program evaluation visits.
- Create and/or maintain informational databases to enter data, produce reports and analyze outcomes.
- Provide training to MH staff regarding all areas of quality management including compliance, evaluation measures, client records and client outcome data collection.
- Coordinate satisfaction surveys with persons served, staff and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s required with an emphasis in Human Services, Quality Management and/or related field.
- Health or Human Services experience preferred (Direct Care, Program Management, Administration).
- Experience working with adults with mental illness preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and database management, preferably Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar program.
- Demonstrated professional communication through written reports and correspondence.
- Knowledge of current practice/outcomes standards in Mental Health service delivery systems a plus.
