Maloney Properties is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee St. Cecilia’s House (123 units) and McBride House (17 units) in Boston, MA. Responsibilities include staff supervision, leasing, recertifications, rent collections, compliance, accounts payable, monitoring of the waitlist, budgeting, capital projects, resident relations, and attending monthly board meetings.
Experience must include strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and computer skills with MS Office. Experience with HUD regulations for project-based subsidy is required. HUD 202 PRAC knowledge is preferred. Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification is preferred. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. A valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is required.
