Job Description

NCDF is seeking a full-time, experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of two properties in our portfolio.  Warren House, a 59-unit multifamily, mixed-income property located in West Newton and Casselman House, a 43-unit affordable property for seniors located in Newton Centre.

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in property management or a related field; working knowledge of the Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs; excellent verbal and written communication skills; computer proficiency; ability to travel between properties and to other locations as required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Marketing
  • Leasing
  • Budgeting
  • Rent collection
  • Financial reporting
  • Approval of invoices
  • Resident relations
  • Apartments Inspections  
  • Vendor management
  • Staff supervision
  • Compliance with regulations including Fair Housing
  • Income certifications
