We are currently seeking a qualified Property Manager for our Oak Terrace Mobile Home Park located in the Rochester, MN area.

Must be fully vaccinated from COVID-19, by date of hire, to be considered for employment. Proof of vaccination is required.

Our Property Managers will be responsible, under the direction of the Regional Managers, for all aspects of a manufactured housing community. This position is responsible for managing a community and the team members that support it. An A-player in this role is highly organized, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable and passionate about the property management industry, with a proven track record of success.

This position also includes, but is not limited to:

  • 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
  • 100% collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
  • 100% compliance to company home standards
  • Managing an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated - “thinking like an owner”

Job Responsibilities:

  • Focus to customer service
  • Attending to community needs outside of normal business hours
  • Plan and execute quarterly resident events
  • Experience successfully leading a team and hiring “A-Players”
  • Sets high standards for themselves and their team
  • Maximize the communities’ profitability
  • Work with integrity and honesty
  • Work calm under pressure and is able to follow through on commitments
  • Move quickly, but with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills


  • 2 years of experience within the property management industry, preferably in mobile home property management
  • 2 years of management experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to see a project from creation to completion, working within a financial budget. Must be able to envision the end result needed.
  • Must be bought into the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support.
  • Must be willing and take initiative to seek out details and information
  • Organized, likes processes and is adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
  • Completed High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Computer proficiency, including the internet and experience using Manage America, preferred

Salary: 48,000-50,000/year, plus bonus potential
