Job Description
The Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation is seeking at least one qualified law firm to provide legal services for the state-funded loan program, the Home Modification Loan Program (HMLP).
HMLP is program of the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, Department of Housing and Community Development and administered by the Community Economic Development Assistance Corporation, and the program provides loan financing to homeowners who seek to hire a contractor to address accessibility projects for a household member.
