Maintenance Service Manager

Maintenance Service Manager: Northridge Homes Cooperative, in the North Shore community of Beverly, Mass., has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Service Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance for 90 residential cooperative units. Responsibilities include conducting site and unit inspections, supervising and coordinating contractors/vendors, executing a preventive maintenance program, purchasing materials, conducting daily maintenance and janitorial duties of the property, and budget tracking.
