Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has an opportunity for a responsible individual with working knowledge of the laws, regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to state and federally funded rental assistance programs administered by HRA. This opportunity will include annual recertification of tenants and landlords with program guidelines. Individuals will be responsible for tenant intake/outreach to answer inquiries, explain the program(s) and wait list, recalculation of tenant rent portions when income, expenses or household composition changes.
General Qualifications: Ability to organize, schedule and plan work. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and consistently, both orally and written communications. Ability to make moderately complex arithmetic computations, demonstrate ability to resolve conflict professionally and with respect of our clients.
Education and experience: High School diploma or equivalent, computer and telephone skills, prior housing experience a plus. Willingness to become and remain familiar with state and federally funded rental assistance programs administered by HRA.
