Job Description

Highly motivated individual needed to provide ongoing support, counseling and case management to participants of the Authority’s Homeownership Programs and provide referrals to outside agencies for counseling and financial assistance. Duties include: case management, classroom and one-on-one pre-purchase, post-purchase and foreclosure homeownership counseling sessions, maintaining and processing records, data entry, determination of eligibility, information dissemination, preparation of reports, other related duties as required.  The candidate should have prior experience in banking, real estate, mortgage lending, credit counseling or First-time Home Ownership programs. Must have ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, ability to work with diverse groups and to complete the HUD Homeownership Counselor certification within the first year of employment.  20 hours/week.  Pay:  $30.00/hour plus generous benefits. Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
