Facility Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Mechanic to be responsible for the routine care and preventative maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment for multiple sites. Responsibilities include: repairing walls, doors and windows; make minor repairs to equipment and appliances; perform carpentry tasks; minor plumbing maintenance tasks; install replacement light bulbs and perform minor electrical preventive maintenance tasks; respond to emergencies on an as needed basis; Detect, inspect and trouble shoot building issues, equipment and grounds and take necessary corrective action as needed and seasonal ground care tasks; and maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Qualifications include:
 HS diploma or equivalent required.
 1 year of related experience in building and grounds maintenance required.
 Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
 Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
 Ability to work a flexible schedule.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 Sensitive to the work environment.
 Bilingual skills preferred.
 Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
