TND is seeking a capable self-starter to provide one year of full-time service as its Data Integrity & Impact VISTA starting August 2021. The VISTA will help TND increase its effectiveness by harnessing the incredible power of accurate, integrated data to increase the economic stability and resilience of its low-income, largely immigrant constituency. You will build TND’s capacity to collect and manage client performance data, and to use that data to evaluate and adapt our programming. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has good analytical skills and enjoys handling data or managing databases. Salesforce experience is helpful but not necessary. At TND, you will learn highly marketable skills while building the TND’s capacity to increase the economic stability of some of Greater Boston’s most vulnerable residents. The Neighborhood Developers is located in Chelsea MA, right across the Mystic River from Boston. VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) provides full-time volunteers to nonprofit, faith-based and other community organizations to create and expand programs that bring low-income individuals and communities out of poverty. In addition to a living allowance, volunteers receive an education award or cash stipend, health insurance, and week-long training.
