Your Responsibilities

Fenno House located in Quincy, MA is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager/Recertification Specialist.  The property consists of 152 units of elderly housing. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with some evening meetings and occasional special outings.  Responsibilities include leasing and marketing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, accounts payable, work order coordination, and overall office management. 

 

Your Qualifications

Previous property management experience is a required. Knowledge of Section 236/202, Project Based Section 8, and Section 8 Vouchers programs are required. COS certification or equivalent is a plus.  Skill set includes excellent organizational and time management skills, great customer service skills, and good communication skills.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required.  Experience with Yardi is a plus.  Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus.
