Your Responsibilities

Maloney Properties is looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join a team of property management professional for our portfolio of properties in Dorchester, MA.  The work hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.  Responsibilities include leasing and marketing, waitlist management, recertifications, rent collections, accounts payable, and overall office management. 


Your Qualifications

Previous property management experience is a required. Knowledge of Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, and HOME programs are required. COS, CPO or C3P designation is a plus.  Skill set includes excellent organizational and time management skills, great customer service skills, and good communication skills.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required.  Experience with Yardi is a plus.  Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
