Job Description

Vinfen is seeking an Assistant Project Manager, Real Estate to perform a variety of support functions for real estate and construction projects.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with coordination and supervision of all capital projects, ensure contract performance, safety and code compliance and quality control
  • Assist with development and administration of maintenance and capital budgets, tracking project expenses, maintaining complete records associated with each project, including change order logs
  • Develop and distribute project schedules and communicate relevant information to all stakeholders, providing updated schedules as required
  • Assist with scope creation and review, assist with construction bid and award process and permitting requirements
  • Track all invoices and manage budgets on all jobs assigned as well as annual capital improvement budget
  • Coordinate project close-out with project team to bring projects to final completion
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in construction management, real estate property management, operations and/or budgeting
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management or related field preferred

All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year. You also must be able to successfully pass a CORI, driving record check and reference check. Additionally, this position requires a fully insured vehicle that you will use in the course of your daily work.
