Senior Transactional Attorney

Krokidas & Bluestein LLP is seeking a senior transactional attorney to join our busy practice.  Qualified candidates must have substantial experience as lead attorney in complex transactions, including financing; real estate acquisition, development, construction, and disposition; and leasing.  The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in representing non-profit and public clients, which constitute a substantial portion of the firm’s client base, and would also have experience representing privately held companies in formation, business planning, business acquisitions and sales.  Portables are not required; collegiality and a strong work ethic are. 
Founded in 1979, Krokidas & Bluestein has a diverse practice with areas of concentration in health care and social services, real estate, finance, for-profit and non-profit corporate law, education, labor and employment, civil litigation, and issues impacting governmental and quasi-governmental entities.
