Job Description

MAHA, a Dorchester-based non-profit, is looking for a mission-focused employee who is outgoing, self-motivated and focused on results.  The successful candidate must both be a team player and able to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment. This employee must possess excellent communication skills, self-direction, and attention to detail as well as a commitment to economic justice and building inclusive and welcoming communities.

MAHA’s real estate broker is a full-time salaried employee providing residential real estate broker services as an exclusive buyer’s agent to graduates of MAHA first-time homebuyer education classes.  Successful applicants must have a thorough understanding of the affordable mortgage and homebuyer education fields and be able to work with graduates throughout the homebuying process.  They must have a demonstrated ability to close real estate transactions with homebuyers and home-sellers in the Boston market. Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus as is previous property management experience.

Bachelors degree preferred. Massachusetts Real Estate Broker License required. Competitive compensation package. MAHA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
