Licensed Clinician-Team Leader

• Supervise all aspects of Team Operations.
• Lead weekly Team Meetings and monthly Team Risk Meetings.
• Coordinate development of IAP’s with flexible team, residential support staff, external providers and guardians.
• Ensure that team activities are delivered in compliance with CARF, Medicaid Rehab Option, and Dept of Mental Health licensing regulations.
• Participate in developing and implementing a training curriculum and provide ongoing training in the area of documentation and service provision on an individual and group level, with the ability to integrate clinical issues when needed, in conjunction with MH Training Committee and Bay Cove Training Dept.
• Remain current with all forms of client documentation as required by Bay Cove and regulatory agencies.
• Oversight of internal client record review process as needed, minimally at least twice a year.
• Develop plan for assuring hard copy and electronic records are maintained to meet standards of quality and timeliness of documentation.
• Assist staff in writing client documentation as needed, including use of supervision time and formal trainings provided by Bay Cove.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
• Professional licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, etc).
• Five years experience providing services to adults with mental illness, supervising staff and managing programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and writing IAP documentation according to Medicaid Rehab Option, CARF, and Dept.
• of Mental Health licensing standards.
• Ability to effectively integrate clinical understanding into IAP documentation, including diagnostic and psychopharmacologic information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driving License Required
