Quincy Community Action Programs (QCAP) is pleased to again host a comprehensive workshop designed for first time homebuyers. QCAP's First Time Home Buyer Workshop will be held in two sessions: Thursday, December 14th from 6:00-9:00-pm AND Saturday, December 16th from: 9:00am to 3:00pm at Randolph Savings Bank, 10 Cabot Place, Stoughton, MA 02072.
The workshop will focus on all aspects of the home buying process including information about various government loans and will have speakers including a mortgage lender, real estate broker, real estate attorney, home inspector and home insurance agent. Attendees MUST attend both the entirety of both classes in order to receive a certificate of attendance.
The cost is $30.00 per person. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Please do not register if you are not certain you can attend BOTH classes. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
