DHCD Seeks Comments on AHVP Regulation

The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is currently undertaking a review of 760 CMR 53.00, the regulation governing the Alternative Housing Voucher Program (AHVP).  DHCD is considering incorporating revisions to the regulation to reflect necessary programmatic and legal updates, as well as revisions for clarity.  DHCD would welcome any comments regarding 760 CMR 53.00. Further opportunity for comment will also be offered through the formal regulatory promulgation process that will occur pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A.
