Graduates of this training are given a Certificate that is required for MassHousing Partnership’s ONE Mortgage, MassHousing mortgages, down payment assistance programs, home ownership lotteries, and first-time home-buyer lender mortgages. The Certificate is accepted statewide for first time home-buyer education.
These training seminars are taught by PRA, as well as a lender, a volunteer real estate professional, attorney, home inspector, and insurance agent.
This Seminar consists of 2 evenings, January 25 & 26, 2022, 5-9 PM. You must participate both evenings to receive your Certificate.
