QCAP's *Virtual* First Time Home Buyer Workshop will be held in two sessions: Thursday, January 21 from 6:00 - 9:30 PM AND Saturday, January 23 from 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM. The cost is $30 per person. This workshop will take place via Zoom video conference (your device must support audio and visual communications). Attendees MUST attend the entirety of both classes in order to receive a certificate of attendance.
Upon completion of registration and payment, you will receive an email with a link to fill out our mandatory First Time Home Buyer Intake Form. You will receive an email with additional course information and a unique Zoom ID one week prior to the start of the workshop.
Pre-registration is required. Please do not register if you are not certain you can attend BOTH classes. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. This monthly workshop focuses on all aspects of the home buying process including information about various government loans and will have speakers including a mortgage lender, real estate broker, real estate attorney, home inspector, and home insurance agent. This course is geared towards the purchase of a single family home. Multi-family home purchases may require additional instruction based on lender requirements.
