Quincy Community Action Programs (QCAP) is pleased to again host a comprehensive workshop designed for first time home buyers. QCAP's First Time Home Buyer Workshop will be held in two sessions: Thursday, April 23 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM AND Saturday, April 25 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM at Quincy Community Action Programs, 1509 Hancock Street, Quincy MA 02169.
This monthly workshop focuses on all aspects of the home buying process including information about various government loans and will have speakers including a mortgage lender, real estate broker, real estate attorney, home inspector, and home insurance agent. This course is geared toward the purchase of a single family home. Multi-family home purchases may require additional instruction based on lender requirements. Attendees MUST attend the entirety of both classes in order to receive a certificate of attendance.
