Quincy Community Action Programs (QCAP) is pleased to again host a comprehensive workshop designed for first time home buyers. QCAP's First Time Home Buyer Workshop will be held in two sessions: Thursday, March 14th from 6:00 - 9:00 PM AND Saturday, March 16th from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM at Quincy Community Action Programs, 1509 Hancock Street in Quincy, MA 02169.
The workshop focuses on all aspects of the home buying process including information about various government loans and will have speakers including a mortgage lender, real estate broker, real estate attorney, home inspector and home insurance agent. Attendees MUST attend the entirety of both classes in order to receive a certificate of attendance.
The cost is $30.00 per person. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Please do not register if you are not certain you can attend BOTH classes. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
