This course for consumers has received the CHAPA Seal of Approval and is MassHousing approved. Following completion of the class, attendees receive a certificate providing access to MassHousing Partnership's ONE mortgage, MassHousing mortgages, HUD mortgages, home ownership lotteries, lender first-time homebuyer mortgages, and other programs through assisted and conventional lending sources.
Cost: $45/individual or $75/household. The class runs December 3, 4, 5 - 6pm-9pm daily; attendance on all days is mandatory to receive the certificate.
