This course is offered by the partnership of Harborlight Community Partners and North Shore REALTORS®. Harborlight Community Partners (HCP) is a non-profit, Massachusetts certified Community Development Corporation (CDC) with the capacity and sustainability to provide affordable housing across Southern Essex County. The North Shore REALTORS® is a non-profit advocacy, support, and education resource for REALTORS® and the public. Both organizations are committed to advocating for and protecting homeownership rights and helping make it a reality for all who dream to be a homeowner.
Homebuyer counseling courses are held via Zoom or at the NSR office in Beverly. Any post-course one-on-one counseling will be held at the HCP office in Beverly. Please note that class participants are under no obligation to use the homebuyer counselors or any guest speakers for their services.
