CTI offers a CHAPA approved first time homebuyer course consisting of 4 evening classes. Course material covers the entire home buying process including budgeting, mortgages, down payment assistance, working with a realtor and lawyer, and the home inspection. Instructors typically include a budgeting/credit professional, mortgage lender, lawyer, realtor and home inspector.
